Theta Xi House
The two-story Theta Xi house was the first house built on UCLA's fraternity row and is the only house with a double lot. It is located at 629 Gayley Avenue and is only a short walk to campus, closer than some of the dorms. Boasting an 8 car parking lot and 30 bedrooms our house can comfortably hold 40 people.

Bedrooms
The thirty bedrooms in our house vary in both size and shape, leaving us with a variety of singles, doubles, and triples for our brothers to live in. Some of the rooms, though not the one pictured, have lofts for additional space. All bedrooms are equipped with high speed internet and DirectTV, including HBO, FX, and Showtime.

Library
Our library is the perfect place to study. Quiet and hidden behind the living room from the rest of the house, you won't need to worry about being disturbed.

Living Room
The living room connects to the dining room and the patio outside. It features a pool table, fireplace, projector with screen, and dartboard. It's the ideal room for enjoying movies or the big game.

Dining Room
As the largest room in the house, the dining room can accommodate a dinner party of almost any size. Here you can enjoy a meal with your brothers while seated on our sturdy wooden chairs.

Kitchen
Our professional kitchen is used by our cook to prepare lunch and dinner Monday through Friday each week and dinner on Sunday. Breakfast is self serve every day of the week.

Bar and Lounge
Downstairs, through the double doors that bear our greek letters, we have a lounge where brothers go to relax on black leather couches. The bar in the same room displays a custom mosaic of our Theta Xi badge, a symbol that lets our brothers know that they are at home here.

Bathrooms
Our house provides our brothers with four bathrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs.

Pool and Patio
We are lucky to be the only house on the row with a pool. It measures 20 feet by 40 feet and is a great place to cool off from the hot midday sun. We also have a new propane barbeque open for use to all brothers.

Upper Patio and Garden
Up the steps from the pool is another patio containing a fire pit, hot tubs, and a garden, the last of which we hope to one day provide our house with a decent amount of healthy organic food in our effort to go green.

Parking Lot
Our eight car parking lot is a great convenience for the brothers of Theta Xi that have jobs or other responsibilities a substantial distance away.

Trash and Recycling
We are proud to say that we are trying to reduce our environmental footprint and strongly encourage recycling in our fraternity. Trash and recycling pickup is twice a week.
