The brothers invited dates over to the house to enjoy authentic Latin food before enjoying an hour long tutorial on salsa dancing taught by world renowned salsa dancer Liz Lira and our very own alumni Ray Flores. Afterwards, the brothers and their dates enjoyed a night full of dancing. |

| State Park Cleanup
November 15th, 2008
Brothers ventured out into the wilderness in order to help cleanup one of LA’s state parks. We helped remove vegetation dangerous to the local ecosystem and planted oak trees in new preserves. Afterwards, the brothers camped on the grounds at night making this a memorable weekend community service outlet. |

| Burrito Night

Theta Xi made homemade burritos and sold them to help raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Our culinary skills allowed us to raise over $1000 for the national MS society – a most worthy cause. |

Our brothers volunteered to help run Warner Elementary School’s Halloween carnival. Theta Xi was selected to represent IFC at this philanthropy event and our brothers had a great time helping out! |

| Berkeley Road Trip

Always supporting both our bruins and our brothers, Theta Xi road-tripped up to UC Berkeley for the UCLA vs. Cal football game. While there, we stayed with our brothers at the Nu chapter who showed us quite a good time! |

| Sierra's Camping Trip

The brothers drove up to Bishop to hike, backpack, and camp in the Sierras! Much to the chagrin of some unprepared brothers, it even snowed! This trip was a memorable excursion and a welcomed respite from the grind of school and is definitely a trip to be repeated. |

Theta Xi’s both undergraduate and alumni brothers gathered at our house to proudly receive back the chapter’s charter for which all of us have strived so hardly to attain. Furthermore, Alpha Zeta was awarded All True Men’s status, a great honor, in recognition of the superior work being done here. |
